No opponent has surfaced. This contest is likely settled, though that is not confirmed. This person oversees West Covina's cash management, investments, and financial reporting as the city's separately elected City Treasurer. The term is four years. Unlike West Covina's District 5 council seat, there is no city or county document explicitly naming Rozatti the sole qualified filer for this office. What's confirmed instead is narrower: the office is a real November 2026 race, they have publicly announced they are running again, and no search method turned up a challenger. Voters should read "unopposed" here as likely, not certified. ## Colleen B. Rozatti Colleen B. Rozatti is the incumbent City Treasurer. They were first elected in 2018 and reelected in 2022. The city's own staff directory confirms their current term runs November 2022 to November 2026. Their own campaign Facebook page posted "Re-Elect Colleen Rozatti as your City Treasurer in 2026." The same account also posted a separate title. It reads "Re-elect Ollie Cantos for West Covina City Council on November 3, 2026." That ties their 2026 campaigning to the November 3 election date. Cal-Access records show they ran for City Council in 2009 and again in 2020. They won neither race. Both runs came before their two successful Treasurer bids. **Strengths:** Two prior wins for this office, in 2018 and 2022. That is eight years of continuity managing the city's cash and investments. **Trade-offs:** Two earlier runs for City Council, in 2009 and 2020, did not succeed. Both came before they found traction in the Treasurer's race. **Keep in mind:** The city's own staff directory page for them carries no career or life story beyond their office and term. There is less descriptive material about them than about West Covina's council candidates. ## Review notes - Colleen Rozatti West Covina City Treasurer may have more bias because it is an advocacy voter guide compared to other formal government and nonprofit journalism sources. ## Sources 1.
