Incumbent Corrine Mora faces Ken Lutz and repeat candidate Rafael Angel Porras on the November 3, 2026 ballot for Victorville's District 2 City Council seat. Whoever gets the most votes wins outright -- there is no primary or runoff.

Ken Lutz is a candidate for Victorville's District 2 council seat whose filed ballot designation is "Retired Sheriffs Captain." His 2026 campaign committee reported $3,430 in monetary contributions plus a $5,000 loan to the campaign ($8,430 in total contributions) for the January-June 2026 period, against $6,400.41 in expenditures, leaving a $4,282.59 cash balance. She is now running to hold the seat for a full term. Her 2026 campaign committee reported $5,722 in total contributions for the January-June 2026 period, against $130 in expenditures, leaving a $5,592 cash balance.
