This person holds your district's seat on Solana Beach's 5-member City Council, alongside the citywide-elected Mayor: city ordinances, the budget, and land use, with day-to-day operations run by an appointed city manager. A 4-year term.

Jenna Wolfe-Dellamano is running unopposed for the open Solana Beach City Council, District 4 seat. Incumbent Jill MacDonald chose not to seek another term, and no one else filed by the deadline, so Wolfe-Dellamano is elected outright once the ballot is certified.

This person holds District 4's seat on Solana Beach's 5-member City Council, alongside the citywide-elected Mayor: city ordinances, the budget, and land use, with day-to-day operations run by an appointed city manager. A 4-year term.

This is the more open of Solana Beach's two races: MacDonald confirmed to The Coast News in May 2026 that she would not run again, and the city extended District 4's filing period to August 12 -- two weeks past the regular deadline -- specifically because no incumbent had filed. Even with the extension, only one candidate, Jenna Wolfe-Dellamano, qualified.

A Solana Beach resident of more than 10 years who signs her own filed candidate statement as "Jenna Dellamano." She describes her occupation as "Business Owner / Director of Non-Profit": an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University, and more than 20 years in finance, including auditing business-loan portfolios for Midwest regional banks and, for over a decade, serving as a Union Bank vice president managing investment funds for cities, counties, and states and investing bond proceeds for state and local governments. She says she's the founder and director of "Solana Beach Backpacks for Kids," a nonprofit she launched during the pandemic to address local food insecurity, which she says has grown into a weekly "Solana Beach Free Farmers Market" at La Colonia Park that recovers and distributes thousands of pounds of food a week through partnerships with local farms, grocery stores, and schools -- her own account in her official filing; no independent write-up of the nonprofit's operations was found in this pass. She also owns a business in the city. Her stated platform centers on eastside Solana Beach development: she names a proposed high-density redevelopment of the Vons Shopping Center, and possible dense-housing development at the Genevieve Avenue senior-living facility and the Executive golf course, as threats to neighborhood livability and city infrastructure. She describes herself as fiscally conservative and independent, says residents -- not the state -- should have the final say over how neighborhoods develop, and frames her priority as preserving the city's small-town, beach-town character while allowing responsible growth.
