Mark Armstrong

Mark Armstrong is the incumbent Mayor, seeking a second term. He is a retired Army colonel. He won the 2024 Mayor race by roughly 70% to 30% over Chirag Kathrani. Appointed to the City Council in 2021, he won a full term in 2022.

Paschalis Ntatsos

Paschalis Ntatsos is a first time candidate. He runs a nonprofit as its director and CEO. He swam for the Greek national team and later founded the ElitSwim swim club. He is running on youth investment, limiting overdevelopment, and smarter budgets.

Emma Chigbu

Emma Chigbu is 19 and a first time candidate. She is a student at Diablo Valley College, where she competes in speech and debate. She is running on fiscal responsibility, limiting overdevelopment, and more community input.
