Huntington Beach City Attorney

Huntington Beach's City Attorney is directly elected, citywide. This office is separate from the City Council. The City Attorney represents the city in lawsuits. The City Attorney also advises the Council on legal matters.

Only one candidate qualified for this seat. Incumbent City Attorney Mike Vigliotta was appointed to the office in February 2025. They are running unopposed for their first elected term. Your vote here will not change the outcome.
