Frankie Alves

The incumbent, seeking another term; his filed ballot designation is "Incumbent," and the county's own incumbent-status field gives his full legal name as Vernon Franklin Alves. He qualified for the ballot on August 6, 2026 and currently sits on the Council, per the city's own Council page. This dataset found no further independent biographical detail (occupation, background, or platform) for him.
