Marc Lucio

Marc Lucio is Chino's District 3 councilmember, first elected in November 2018 and previously serving as Mayor Pro Tem from 2020 to 2022. He is a retired police captain with 26 years in law enforcement, holds a criminology degree from the University of La Verne and a master's in executive leadership from USC, and represents the city on regional bodies including the Southern California Association of Governments and the League of California Cities' Inland Empire Division, per the city's own biography.
